Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and Pelom OÜ, an Estonian private limited company, when you use Driftmetrics.
The service
Driftmetrics stores build and runtime metrics your CI pushes to us and shows how they move across versions. It is early software, offered as it is today. Features may change.
Your account
You need an account to use Driftmetrics, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your sign-in and your API tokens to yourself — anything done with them counts as done by you. Tell us promptly if a token leaks and we will help you revoke it.
Your data stays yours
The metrics and project information you push remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you. We do not sell them, share them, or use them to train anything. You can export or delete them at any time.
Fair use
You agree not to use Driftmetrics to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone else’s rights;
- upload personal data you have no right to share — it is a metrics service and does not need any;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach data belonging to another organization;
- resell the service as your own without asking us first.
Availability
We try to keep Driftmetrics up and your data safe, but we do not promise a particular level of availability while the product is in early access, and there is no SLA. We may change or interrupt the service, and will give reasonable notice when we can.
Price
Driftmetrics is currently free. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you before anything is charged, and you will be free to stop using the service instead.
Ending it
You can stop and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and except in serious cases we will warn you first and give you a chance to get your data out.
Liability
Driftmetrics is provided without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or to €100 while the service is free.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury. If you use Driftmetrics as a consumer rather than for your work, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Driftmetrics afterwards means you accept it.
Law
Estonian law governs these terms, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in and may bring a claim there.
